We have a few house rules – more info here
- the apartment has a No Smoking policy
- We require at least 3 days’ booking notice
- The accommodation is not suitable for children – sorry
- Parties are not allowed -sorry
- Not suitable for pets – sorry
- There is limited access for wheelchairs users (although the first floor is accessible by lift)
Community rules:
The complex has a noisy neighbours rule which is enforced by the local Community of Management. Local bars all have to cease live music after mid-night.
Guest Safety
We take this matter seriously. Bedding & towels are washed above 60°C, Smoke detectors are fitted, Fire emergency contact (listed in Foyer), First aid kit provided, Fire extinguisher. (in main building), Medical emergency contact (listed in foyer), Police emergency contact (listed in foyer), Auto-lighting (in common areas), Professional cleaning (by agency staff), Property always cleaned & disinfected between stays. Cancellations
We have flexible cancellation policies available for all date selections. You can cancel up to 30 days before your check-in and get a 100% refund. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in the reservation is non-refundable with the exception of fees.
If you cancel up to 7 days before your check-in and get a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of check-in the reservation is non-refundable with the exception of fees.

Directions
Full directions to Puerto de La Duquesa, key pickup and all receipts/invoices with contract details will be emailed directly to guests before arrival.
