The club
studio at Puerto de la Duquesa offers traditional Spanish accommodation
for up to two situated on the front line of the harbour.
The balcony enjoys wonderful southerly views over the yachts,
palm trees and cafes of the marina below, and over the sea towards
Gibraltar.
Just relaxing and sunbathing on the balcony, you feel part of
the sophisticated lifestyle of Duquesa Port itself..

Built
and finished to a high specification - most of what you might
need is supplied, including internet TV (and WiFi).
Bedding consists of two standard full size single divan beds, and
all linen plus duvets. Air conditioning, and electric heating
during the winter is available. The accommodation has all the
amenities you would expect. The kitchen is fitted with a full
size electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric
toaster/kettle, stainless steel cutlery and pans.

Our
bookings /reservation fee includes access to local leisure services,
initial preparation and cleaning - all supervised by our local
agent, with additional maid and other holiday
leisure services available as required.
One set of sheets and pillow cases per bed, a bath and hand
towel per person, and also towels provided for the bathroom
and kitchen, plus ample tea towels. Extra sheets and towels
are always available, but we recommend you bring your own beach
towels. For your entertainment indoors you will also find a
good selection of books/magazines - feel free to exchange.

Members and guests are offered a unique opportunity to stay
at very reasonable cost in this award winning marina development.
Eating out is easy and just a step away, where dining out is
an international experience. For dining 'at home', the studio
has full facilities, and convenient supermarkets nearby can
provide all your supplies and wine provisions.

Any time of year is fine - Winter is warm & sunny (occasional
rain in January early February) and peaceful - popular with
sailors and golfers.- Duquesa has hosted many visitors to the
Ryder Cup for example. Summer can be very hot, and is often
preferred by younger visitors, and local holiday makers - when
the port can become very lively - particularly during July and
August.
