Summary of our booking conditions

1. The accommodation is available exclusively for the benefot of members and provided on a medium or long term basis regardless of the period length of stay.

2. Reservations will only be confirmed when a booking and service fee is paid (which includes membership of Duquesa Studio holiday golf & leisure sports club) is received, together with a completed and signed Booking Form application.

3. The balance of the hire or fee is due EIGHT weeks before the commencement date, a reminder will NOT be sent.

4. The accommodation sum includes the cost of all electricity and water consumed. Initial preparation and cleaning supervised by a local manager at the beginning of the period; with additional maid services available locally.

5. If for any reason the hirer has to cancel, the booking fee will only be refunded if accommodation is able to be re-let, and a cancellation fee may also apply.

6. Only those persons named on the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation, and under no circumstances may the maximum number of persons stated in the descriptions be exceeded without prior permission of Duquesa Studios.

7. Guests & members are required to pay for, or replace any damage or loss to the accommodation, its equipment or contents which may occur during their occupation and to leave it clean and tidy on departure.

8. In order to permit the accommodation to be cleaned prior to arrival, it is requested that guests do not arrive before 3 p.m. and vacate on day of departure by 11 a.m. In certain circumstances it may be possible to vary these times by prior arrangement.

9. Guests & members are responsible for the keys whilst in their possession, and for their safe return to ourselves, or if required a local agent.

10. All visitors and participants are required to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner. Disruptive behaviour such as loud music and/or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in access to the property or leisure facility being denied.

11. All information contained on our web site, www.duquesastudios.com has been checked for accuracy. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility, fee or activity is either modified or unavailable. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances. If we are advised of this, we will of course inform members & guests beforehand, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances.

12. Full details of the contract made between members guests, and Duquesa Studios, (or the proprietors and their representative) is contained on our full booking form. The terms of the agreement are made subject to the laws of England and Wales. Upon the acceptance of a booking, members and guests acknowledge and agree that the use of Duquesa Studios accommodation is for the purpose of a recreational, leisure or sporting visit.
